Next gizmo to buy
I guess you already know that I’m a gadget freak, right? Last month, I rewarded myself with a new cellphone, the Nokia E63. I bought a netbook using my blog earnings last year and a digital camera late last year.
For this year, I will save up money to buy a desktop. Yep, a desktop. After a year of using my netbook/laptop, I think it’s time now to go back with desktop. There are lots of things I can do with a desktop, plus I can upgrade it easily and much cheaper than my netbook, right? A desktop is a must for a programmer like me, right?…. Oh-kay, I just wanna buy it because I wanna reward myself, no other reason! lol.
This is a sample desktop that I wanna buy at the end of this year, or something like this. I want a white one; must have the same color with my other camera and netbook. The brand isn’t popular, eMachine but I heard good reviews with their product. Here, have a look:

My Java Training at UP
The schedules for the next IT training at UP are now posted on their official website!
If you could remember, I was planning on taking a Java EE training this coming August. I checked their schedules and the training will start next week already. The training would be every Sunday, 5 meetings from 9am to 5pm. So this means I would be more busier than the usual. I have work from Monday to Friday, a rest during Saturday then studying again the next day.
I miss studying, really! I sometimes wish I could turn back time when I was in College and focused more on my study than going to the mall. To tell you the truth, I didn’t enjoy my College days but meeting Blas (my boyfriend) is excluded to that. In fact, he was the only reason why I survived College. I mean, the subjects were not too difficult, I didn’t even encounter any trouble and challenges when I was studying. I go to school, listened to the lectures, do the programming afterwards, finished it before everyone does then leave the room. See, that was my routine everyday. Boring!
Anyway, let’s drop the topic. Going back with the Java EE training, the tuition fee is a bit higher than I expected. The fee would be Php 8,000 but since I’m working in an academe, I am entitled for 10% off so that would be total of P 7,200! I don’t have cash in hand yet so I will borrow money again from my Mom and pay her off every payday. Thank God blog earnings are still here and rocketing. I hope it would last longer because this side income really helps me in saving money. :)
Tomorrow, I will be going to UP Diliman, which I don’t know where exactly, after my class.
